Mr Green,
helmetpatch.jpgI recently ordered a "Grant" for my G19 and just wanted to send something to say thanks both for the enclosed letter and for providing the perfect solution to my problem.
I was very pleasantly surprised to find the package addressed from you on my front porch as soon as I did after placing the order. The holster offers a level of ease and comfort I would not have thought possible with that gun/light combo. It's the only one I've tried (among many) that is not just bearable, but comfortable, all day and when driving or sitting down. And I don't have to do any goofy gymnastics to tie my shoes when carrying anymore. I had been getting really worried that I just wasn't going to be able to carry that rig and not be miserable or printing all over the place. Not anymore. It's a really rare thing for me to find something that so completely solves a problem.

Also, on the premises where I work, it's ok to have a weapon in your vehicle or on your person, but inside the wire is a federal facility and carrying is most assuredly not an option. Now, with the Grant, when I leave work it's as simple as loosening my belt and sliding on the holster. Just blouse the shirt and it's good to go. No more having to partially disrobe to get on a holster on.
Both the holster and the mag pouch have excellent fit and retention. While it may seem an innocuous add-on to the uninitiated, the mag pouch you sent is head and shoulders more comfortable than any other I've tried as well. Yours is the only one that doesn't dig into my ribs and I especially like the molded-in retention. In my work, details count. The function and ergonomics of your gear readily demonstrates that they are important to you as well.

Thank you also for the patches you enclosed. I have enclosed a couple of pics that I thought you might get a kick out of. They are pretty benign but are about the best I could pull off given the security restrictions we must live with. The other skull patch has been forwarded to a friend in 5th SFG who will attempt to send you some better "high speed" pics.
I can tell from the tenor of your letter that you understand and respect the rigors and sacrifice of service to the nation and I would hope to shake your hand some day for that. Your business model of offering an innovative and high quality American made product along with responsive customer service is what was once a primary strength of our country. You are to be commended for upholding the standard.inflightpatch.jpg
